General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the atg70 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Member" or "you"). This Agreement applies to users in Bangladesh and governs all services, games, bonuses, and transactions provided on atg70.

atg70 is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform that serves Bangladeshi players in Bengali. The platform is protected by SSL encryption technology and operates under a fair play policy.

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" — Any individual registered on atg70.
• "Account Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a member's account.

Account Registration & Eligibility

All individuals wishing to open an account on atg70 must meet the following eligibility criteria.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each member may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Members must provide valid national ID or government-recognised identification details.
• Keeping account login credentials (username and password) fully confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• Accounts are non-transferable — allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

atg70 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If documents requested by the platform for verification are not provided promptly, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on atg70: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
• Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Members may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the approved bonus has been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at atg70 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — if not used within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• atg70 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings may apply in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.

Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on atg70 — slots, fishing games, casino games, and sports betting — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined independently by the technical system.

• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of that game.
• If a game is not completed correctly due to a technical error, atg70 reserves the right to void the bet.
• Winnings are credited to the account balance immediately.

5.2 Sports Betting Policy

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with atg70's rules.

5.3 VIP Program

The atg70 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is based on a player's consistent activity and participation on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atg70 platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Coordinated or artificial gameplay intended to unfairly obtain bonus benefits.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by atg70

In the following circumstances, atg70 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification.
• Providing false information regarding age or identity.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The request must be sent to the support team. Any approved withdrawals will be processed before the closure is completed.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Data may be analysed as needed for the operation and improvement of services.

atg70 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertaining activity, never a cause of financial or personal problems.

• Members can set their own weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature can be used for a temporary break.

Limitation of Liability

atg70 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by the member's own internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from the member's account information being leaked to others.
• Errors caused by issues in a third-party game provider's system.
• Unexpected technical errors that are beyond our control.
• Losses caused by the user not reading these terms and conditions.

In cases where atg70's direct liability is established, the maximum amount of compensation will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Changes to Terms

atg70 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the platform before they take effect.

• For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If a member does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they may close their account.
